Reading the site

Nothing is recorded by Krāmma itself. The hosting provider keeps standard request logs, which include your IP address, to run and protect the service.

Scoring a wallet

The wallet address you enter, the time, and either your account id or a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The hash lets the free daily allowance work without an account; the address itself is never stored.

Joining a waitlist

Your email address, the plan you asked about, your firm if you gave one for Desk, which page you signed up on, and when.

Having an account

Your email address and sign-in details (passwords are held hashed by the sign-in provider, never by Krāmma), plus the watchlists, alerts and wallets you add.

Paying for a plan

Paid plans are not open yet. When they are, payment is handled by Stripe. Krāmma keeps the plan, its status and Stripe’s reference numbers, never your card details.

Market prices, order books and settled outcomes come from Polymarket and Kalshi, which publish them. Wallet scorecards and the leaderboard are computed from Polymarket trades, which are public on the Polygon blockchain, and show the display names Polymarket itself publishes. Krāmma does not link a wallet to a person.

Your consent, given when you submit the form. Withdraw it at any time and the entry is deleted.

These providers may process data outside the UK, under their standard contractual terms for international transfers. No one else receives it.

The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in, set when you sign in. They are necessary for an account to work, which is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing optional to ask about.

Waitlist entries are kept until the plan opens and you have been told, or until you ask for removal. Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted when you ask for it to be. Wallet allowance records hold no address and are kept to apply the daily limit; they are not yet deleted automatically, and will be on request.

You can ask to see what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email hello@kramma.com and you will get a reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
